There is always an
alternative and if there is not let’s create one...
We are the authors of our own life stories, we are free to
create our own masterpiece & I would like to share my life story with you. I
was born in the Czech Republic in a small town. In year 1994 I moved to
Australia. I was young and enthusiastic university graduate, who believed that
the whole world is at my feet. My first tears were running down my cheeks when
I drove my car, at 2 o’clock in the morning, down the road to the bakery at
Toorak in Melbourne to start my first job. My escape plan from this life was to
run back home to my home country where my life was comfortable. But instead of
running to the airport to “catch” the first plane I marched to the English
school & I got an office job at TNT Melbourne. With the luck on my side I became
a finance staff member of Monash University community.
If there is no alternative let’s create one...
I love
travelling and I was lucky enough to see a little bit of this world. Travelling
opened my eyes. I met different cultures, different people, experienced
different life styles. Was I always happy with what I experienced? No, I was not. I was not happy to see hungry
children, I was not happy to learn about children being abused, exploited. And
that’s why I decided to contribute my bit to make this Planet a better place
for us and next generation.
If there is no alternative let’s
create one...
If there is
not the world we are happy about what about if we create a new one...
...the world
were honesty, trust, respect, responsibility, sharing and caring for others prevail
where suffering is unknown word....
...maybe we
start from inside out first because “As
a man thinks in his heart, so is he” (proverb 23:7)
